Payment Terms
Net 30 with approved credit. Prices subject to change without notice. Past due accounts will
be charged a 2 % service charge per month. If Credit is not approved than all material must
be pre-paid with a credit card or certified check. Net 15 days with accounts that have been
paid late more than three times in a six month period.

Jobber Pricing
1. Any customer who purchases products from Refinish Coatings.
Wholesale Pricing
1. Any Customer who orders a minimum of $850 per order.
Distributor Pricing
1. Please call for further information.
2. Optional payment discounts may be applied
Freight
1. All freight charges are F.O.B. our plant in Englishtown, NJ. All shipments are sent freight prepaid and charged on the invoice.
2. Bulk shipments must be shipped via common carrier and heated service during the months of October 1 through April 30 of any given year. Refinish Coatings is not responsible for frozen or damaged products if the customer does not pay for faster service or heated service.
3. UPS, FedEx, DHL or other transportation companies do not insure / protect against frozen products. It may be necessary to hold an order so that the products do not sit in a trailer exposed to outside weather conditions over a long weekend.

Co-op Advertising
1. Cooperative advertising credit for the year will not exceed 2 % of our sales to the customer for the prior year.
2. Copy of advertisement must be submitted with request.

Bottle Sizing
We package our products in bottles sized as listed in each product pricing.
Some bottle sizes are not available for distributor and private label programs.
